1. Provider and acceptance
Repluma is provided by Jérôme Marquis in Switzerland. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Repluma, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are a minor, use Repluma only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, particularly for purchases.
3. Licence and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Repluma for its intended purpose on supported devices. You remain responsible for the text, instructions, endpoints, API keys, and AI providers you use and for reviewing generated results before relying on or sharing them.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Repluma unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe the rights of others;
- interfere with security, availability, Store verification, quotas, or access controls;
- automate, resell, or share Cloud access beyond normal personal use;
- attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- submit malicious content or content you have no right to process.
5. AI-generated results
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to content produced for others. Repluma is a writing aid, not professional legal, medical, financial, or other advice. You must review output and decide whether it is suitable for your use. Terms and policies of the AI provider you select also apply.
6. Trials, purchases, and Repluma Cloud
Trials, one-time purchases, subscriptions, and Cloud top-ups may be offered through Apple, Microsoft, or directly by Repluma using Stripe. The price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and applicable conditions shown before checkout govern the purchase. Store purchases remain subject to the relevant Store terms. Direct subscriptions renew automatically until canceled and can be managed from Repluma's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds are handled by the payment channel used for the purchase and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Direct entitlements are linked to your Repluma account, while Store entitlements are linked to the applicable Store identity and may be connected to your Repluma account. Purchased top-ups require an active Cloud subscription unless the product description states otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
The Repluma application, website, branding, design, and original assets are protected by intellectual property law. Repluma does not claim ownership of the text you process. Third-party trademarks, software, models, and open-source components remain subject to their own terms.
8. Availability and changes
Features, supported systems, providers, pricing, and online services may be updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Repluma at any time. Cloud or application access may be limited or ended if these terms are materially breached, the service or others are at risk, a Store or direct entitlement expires, is refunded, disputed, or revoked, or the law requires it.
10. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Repluma is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or that generated output will be correct. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability exclusions or limits apply only where applicable law allows them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The competent courts are those at the provider's domicile in Switzerland, without limiting mandatory rights or forums available under the law of your country of residence.
